Proved willing when off the mark at third attempt in a Thirsk novice (7f) in September and showed benefit of his reappearance run when very good second of 7 in handicap at Newmarket (10f, good to firm, 11/4) 41 days ago. Has good chance on form eased 1f in trip.

Makes plenty of appeal and looked a good prospect when pulling off what looked a highly unlikely debut victory at Kempton (1m) in April, finding plenty to lead near finish. Similar form when second under a penalty at Salisbury (10f) and he remains with potential now handicapping.

Made light of an opening mark of 71 when forging clear from 9-rivals at Windsor (1m) last month and perhaps a shade unlucky not to follow up having encountered a troubled age when third at Nottingham (8.3f) 25 days ago. Newmark has kicked in but he remains of interest nevertheless.

New Bay colt who continued his theme of race-by-race progress after 7 months off when winning 7-runner maiden at Haydock (8.2f, good, 12/1) 15 days ago, responding well to lead late on. Appeals as the type to go on improving in handicaps and he's well worth a look upped in trip.

King Of Change colt who ran slightly below the level displayed previously this year when third of 15 in maiden (15/8) at Chelmsford City (1m) 23 days ago. Very best efforts to date have come on turf however, and switch to handicaps in his favour now.

Much improved since handicapping, beating a subsequent winner when scoring at Southwell (1m) in April. Hard to knock his consistency since, creditable fourth of 12 in handicap at this course (8f, good to soft) 16 days ago. Each-way claims now tackling 9f for the first time.

Fairly useful and consistent as a juvenile who was gelded ahead of reappearance and matched previous form when fourth of 8 in handicap (8/1) at Goodwood (8f, good) 22 days ago. Steps up further in trip now but likely he needs to pull out more if he's to open his here.

Well backed and showed much improved form to get off the mark in 7-runner nursery at Southwell (7.1f) in November. Form of that race hasn't really worked out and it was likely a stiff handicap mark rather than the longer trip that beat him on reappearance at Ascot (10f) 5 weeks ago. More needed.

Invincible Spirit colt took a big step forward from his debut when getting up very late in 11-runner maiden at Wolverhampton (7.2f) in April. Best not judged on his handicap debut run at Haydock (1m) later that month and he remains with potential back from 7 weeks off.

Off the mark at fourth attempt in a Brighton maiden (1m) last autumn and hasn't shaped at all badly in pair of handicaps at up to 11.5f so far this term, keenness impacting his finish effort when fifth at Windsor latest. Drop back in trip could see him in an even better light on that evidence.

Calyx colt who looked in need of experience more than most but still shaped with promise when third of 10 in maiden at Leicester (6f) 18 days ago, running green but not knocked about. Looks sure to have derived plenty from that initial experience and there's better to come.

£50,000 2-y-o, Nando Parrado colt who showed promise amidst greenness when second of 7 in maiden at Nottingham (5f, good) on debut 13 days ago. Step up in trip firmly in his favour on that evidence and he's open to improvement.

Foaled April 2. 38,000 gns yearling, Starman colt. Dam 2-y-o 6f winner. Interesting newcomer for upwardly-mobile dual purpose stable and confidence behind in the betting would look significant.

Foaled March 6. Dream Ahead colt. Friendless in betting but offered something to work on nevertheless despite finishing last of 6 in conditions' stakes at Beverley (5f) on debut 21 days ago. Up in trip and this rates less demanding.

Ardad colt. Brother to useful 5f winner Crispy Cat. Well backed with stable in-form but failed to meet expectations when fifth of 6 in maiden at Ripon (5f, good to firm) on debut 36 days ago, weakening 1f out. No surprise to see him leave that behind.

Nando Parrado filly who was at long odds for debut and, despite being green for the most part still displayed promise when fourth of 10 in maiden at Nottingham (5f, good to soft) 10 days ago, coming through late. Should improve on that evidence.

Shaman colt. Dam 2-y-o 5f winner. Bred to be a speedy juvenile and definite promise to glean from his debut third in 9-runner maiden at Brighton (6f) a couple of weeks ago, shaping like second best on the day until fading late on. Likely type to do better but his draw could have been kinder.

Foaled February 20. €30,000 foal, €52,000 yearling, Lucky Vega colt. Half-brother to 5f winner Mezon. Dam, 7f winner, half-sister to useful 11f winner Semester out of very smart 7f-1¼m winner (Nassau Stakes) Favourable . Pedigree offers hope and the betting can point the way on debut.

Foaled March 19. £46,000 yearling, Ardad colt. Half-brother to useful Swedish 9f winner Natasha Romanova. Dam unraced half-sister to useful winner up to 9f Lovell. In-form stable no stranger to success with their juveniles and he's another worth monitoring in the market on debut.

Nando Parrado colt who was held back by inexperience when fifth of 6 in novice at Newmarket (6f, good to firm, 22/1) on debut 27 days ago, running green over 2f out and weakening final 1f. This promises to reveal more.
